Stencil Love

We have a short hallway with a closet enclosed by sliding doors that leads to the guest bathroom. I had the sliding doors painted Behr color Beach Towel and the guest bath door Behr color Orchid Rose. As usual the colors are off in the picture. The Beach Towel is more of a deep turquoise.

I LOVE that the primer is in the paint so the surface doesn’t have to be primed before painting. I’m not impatient or anything. 😉

Now, I’m dreaming of stenciling the closet doors. I LOVE this large ribbon pattern from Royal Design Studio.

I would probably use the Orchid Rose paint for the stencil pattern. I just need to see if the size of the pattern works on the doors. Hmmmm…

those stencils are awesome, i can’t wait to see how it comes out!
if you can’t find a stencil that is the right size, you could try searching for vinyl decals. (i know vinyl decals aren’t a new thing but i am taking a vinyl cutting class so i am kind of obsessed with vinyl stickers right now).

The vinyl decals are really cool! Im curious to see what the surface looks like in person. I don’t really want it to look like a decal.
That must be a fun class!
